My Story

I picked up my first polaroid camera at age 8 and never stopped looking at the world through a lens. I knew early on that taking pictures for a living is about as cool as it gets, so

I pursued it wholeheartedly. I studied at the prestigious Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA for several years before heading south to start my career.

I've been a working photographer for over 25 years. First as a photographers assistant in Los Angeles, working with premiere celebrity, architectural, and commercial advertising photographers. Then I moved north to San Francisco and worked for a top Fortune 100 company for 18 years as the Lead Staff Photographer. I photographed apparel on fashion models, electronics in studio, and home furnishings on faux room sets.

I've most recently retrained my eye on what I'm most passionate about... architecture. I flirted with the idea of becoming an architect before college, but decided there was too much math involved. So now, having merged my two favorite interests in photography and architecture together, it's a win/win for me! Photographing homes inside and out brings me joy, and doesn't feel like work... or math!

Terms of Service

Booking

Clients should request a photoshoot via the online scheduler, or phone call. Once photoshoot is confirmed with a follow up email with date, time, location, and services requested, it will be considered “booked”. It is the clients responsibility to have the home seller prepare their home in advance of the photoshoot. Please request or download my “Photography Prep Checklist” from my website as a helpful guide to pass along to the home seller.

Cancellations, Time Overruns, & Rescheduling

The property must be ready to photograph as outlined in the “Photography Prep Checklist” on the scheduled day and time of the photoshoot when I arrive. If the property is not deemed camera ready, arrangements to reschedule can be made with a same day cancellation fee ($150) incurred, or I can shoot “As Is” with the approval of the client. Any additional time spent on-site due to home owner or agent prepping rooms will incur time overruns of ($150) per hour. If you need to reschedule ($50), please call with 24 hours or more notice to avoid the same day cancelation fee ($150)

Delivery of Images

Images will be delivered to client via download within 24 hours of photoshoot after payment in full has been received. Video editing requires more time and may take up to 5 business days of photoshoot to deliver.

Payment

Payment in full is due at time of booking or at time of image download before use.
Payment methods Stripe, Square, PayPal, and Venmo are all accepted.

Additional Fees

$150 per additional hour for time overruns on properties that are not ready when I arrive at scheduled time for photoshoot.
*May not be able to accommodate if I have another scheduled photoshoot after yours.
$150 same day cancelation fee.
$50 rescheduling fee with 24 hours or more notice.
$50 Additional travel fee for areas outside 25 mile range from central Marin.
